Because, at least for me, there isn't a radical separation between feelings and reason; they complement each other, often merge, and are indistinguishable. To have a good life, we must be able to combine both aspects of our being: passion + reason.

Naturally, the heart shape expresses emotion or feeling, and the blue color (typically associated with coldness) expresses reason.
