• From my point of view, classic linear perspective has been misused, and when artists use it they show us the face of the dice with a 6, instead of the face with a 1. The entire painting is upside down……we should see the back and not the front, unless they are X-rays ·
  • As you know, the light brings the information that enters the dark box (precursor of linear perspective) through a small opening, but that information reflected the frontal plane of the dice showing the number 1, the face with the number 6 was impossible to see. But painters who use perspective place the face of the dice with the number 6 on the frontal plane. This inversion still has a practical and visual meaning, but it is not logically justified, in my opinion.
  • I know it is a very big change, many will say that I do not understand the nature of perspective (a geometry that orders space) or simply that I am crazy, it does not matter, what would be interesting would be if they refuted me with reasons.
